Directions
We are in the lovely countryside in between Markyate and the village of Flamstead.
From the M1 Junction 9
Leave the M1 at junction 9, drive past the Harvester on your left hand side, continue on the A5 and turn left into Flamstead before the Esso Petrol station. Continue up Chequers Hill onto Singlets Road into the High Street. Turn right at the T junction onto Hollybush Lane with 'The Three Blackbirds' Pub on your left. Then turn left onto Friendless Lane, take the right hand folk. Carry straight on over the cross roads, onto Valley Lane. The Stables, Valley Farm will be the first set of buildings on your right that you come to. As you turn into the Farm, bear round to the left. There is parking on the right hand side and in front of the newly converted Stable block in the photograph.
From the A5 Dunstable towards the M1
Take the second turning before the fly over on the right hand side into Markyate, Turn right and immediately left at the T junction onto Pickford Road. Continue up the steep hill and take the second turning on the left onto Valley Lane. This is opposite Beechwood Park School gates. Continue along Valley Lane, We are the third property along Valley Lane. Take the second entrance into Valley Farm, just after the farm buildings, bear round to the left. There is parking on the right hand side and in front of the newly converted Stable block in the photograph.
