One To One Clinical Pilates
One to One sessions are a great way to learn the basics about how to find and activate your core muscles. To really gain the true benefits of Pilates, you need to do the exercises correctly. Sometimes, when you are new to Pilates and in a group class it can be difficult to give you all the instruction you perhaps need to begin with.
One to One sessions are a good way to hone in on any individual weaknesses or when you are rehabilitating after an injury. I often combine Pilates into my physiotherapy sessions as they are a controlled and effective way to gain flexibility and strength.
